Effort

EFFORT is a Specific Support Action funded within the FP6- IST Programme which aims at enabling SMEs to build cross-national virtual consortia to supply complex integrated services as the one requested in procurement bidding. The EFFORT platform will support SMEs in defining models and policies in international tendering processes, implementing a distributed platform for fully automated execution of virtual consortia and service offering.

Techin is involved in the analyses of dynamic and extended clustering, and in the Stakeholders engagement strategy, execution and outcome.

Transfer East

Transfer East is a Specific Support Action for the EU IST programme aims at transfering Government to Business Good Practices to selected Public Administration in targeted NMS (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia)".

The objective is to accelerate the transition phase to information economy and society and improve the efficiency of the Public Administration- Business relationship, favouring the transfer of learning and facilitating the exchange of e-government good practices and their transfer when appropriate. 

Moreover the Project is addresses to critical issues that might hamper the transfer of good experiences such as the legal aspects of the process of re-using successful developments among the different administrations.
